Responsible for all finance aspects of M&A, divestitures, equity investing, and other strategic transactions; including financial modeling, deal approval, contract reviews, financial due diligence, finance integration, and accounting and reporting throughout the life-cycle of the acquisition/investment. Led financial due diligence team on three of Sun’s six largest acquisitions ($376 million to $4.1 billion), twelve other acquisitions and three divestitures, as well as finance integration on Sun’s last four acquisitions.
