The project was carried out on time on budget and with zero complaints from the customer base. As well as leading this project from concept to delivery, I also developed a series of innovative systems and processes to allow us to move several terabytes of customer data without causing any interruption of service to the customer.• Designed and developed a unique telematics tool to gather hundreds of statistics in near real-time about customer platform usage patterns. This development transformed the company's ability to make intelligent fact-based decisions across all aspects of the business.• Developed and implemented a robust business continuity strategy. I developed a robust multi-layered strategy to ensure that the company could continue to trade should a catastrophic event occur to the infrastructure.

Delivering 3rd line break/fix, systems design, installation and management for a range of SME clients across the East Midlands. Taking ownership and responsibility of client’s mission critical IT infrastructure. Project management and execution of several large technology overhauls for clients including cloud, voip, cyber security enhancements and remote working technologies.Key Accomplishments:• Design, development and implementation of complex system migrations and roll outs for a number of key clients.• Preparation of documentation and reports to assist a key client in achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 status.

Manage information and communications technology (ICT) systems for a large multi-billion-pound construction project, ensuring strict adherence to security operating procedures and protocols. Plan, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations, designing and implementing corporate policies and procedures compliant with current industry standards for software development environments and practices. Report directly to Board of Directors, presenting strategic reports and strategy updates.Key Accomplishments:• Led development, from scratch, of system to export 4.8 million emails spanning 12 years from proprietary email archiving system.• Prepared 35-page whitepaper on EU’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) detailing data migration strategy.

Designed, developed, and maintained IT solutions for a large multi-billion-pound construction project, key clients and supply chain partners, including LendLease Construction, Babcock International Group, and UK’s Ministry of Defence. Oversaw maintenance and support of network infrastructure components, including perimeter security.Key Accomplishments:• Led project initiatives, co-ordinating end-to-end development of IT infrastructure projects across UK defence estate from Scotland to Cornwall.• Provided high quality support to sites across UK, diagnosing and resolving technical issues via telephone, email, and onsite support for more than 500 personnel.• Managed design and rollout of company-wide intranet system; carried out troubleshooting and testing to ensure functionality.• Designed, implemented and maintained 25 servers at both hardware and software levels, covering range of operating systems including both Windows and Linux server variants.
