Designed, developed, and maintained IT solutions for a large multi-billion-pound construction project, key clients and supply chain partners, including LendLease Construction, Babcock International Group, and UK’s Ministry of Defence. Oversaw maintenance and support of network infrastructure components, including perimeter security.Key Accomplishments:• Led project initiatives, co-ordinating end-to-end development of IT infrastructure projects across UK defence estate from Scotland to Cornwall.• Provided high quality support to sites across UK, diagnosing and resolving technical issues via telephone, email, and onsite support for more than 500 personnel.• Managed design and rollout of company-wide intranet system; carried out troubleshooting and testing to ensure functionality.• Designed, implemented and maintained 25 servers at both hardware and software levels, covering range of operating systems including both Windows and Linux server variants.
