 Designed and tested components plastic injection mold parts for CDMA mobile phone, Razr Maxx. Side Keys (2 shots), Acoustic Walls, Light Guide, and Antenna Housing (injection mold). Metal stamping parts; Bluetooth Antenna, GPS Antenna, Battery Wall Compartment. Developed and tested electro-mechanical alert devise vibrator. Micro brush DC motor 1.3V.

 Team member developed new beverage dispensers from concept to production; Flavor Fusion and Jordan.  Created top level engineering assembly (models and drawings) for end user manual and illustrated parts lists. Developed electromechanical/mechanism for Ice Dispensing system (injection, insert, & over-mold) Developed components for Ice Agitator system.

 Introduced to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new air filter system. Team member in initiating new Pre-Air Filtration System from design concept, drawings and bills of material. Design new test fixture to regulate air pressure flow using water static pressure principle.  Designed Hold Down Clip for combine cutting system. (Steel forging).
