Manage process to embed quoting, commissions and other nominated processes into the CRM;Manage the pricing rules within the CRM system; Develop and maintain national territory structure and business rules with Marketing and Sales Manager/s across multiple business units.

Receive aggregated financial data for the month and created reports for sales force to invoice company, created details reports in accordance with requirements set by petitioner, liaise between sales force and accounts payable, management, data entry teams and corporate management. CRM Administrator - Develop and maintain national territory structure and business rules with management teams across multiple business units, manage cross territory and business unit account allocation according to business rules, continually develop and communicate the optimum system process to the sales groups for opportunity management, account management and campaigns, update and monitor sales pipeline and related reporting.

Store Manager responsibilities include – stock ordering, business financials, human resource, advertising/promotions chief organiser, conferencing between stock distributors and owners. Team Leader responsibilities include – roster coordination, store up-keep, shift responsibility coordination, liaisons between department heads, stock-take, drawing up the store policies and procedures. Other duties include – customer service, cash handling, product knowledge, stock rotation, telephone queries and complaints, till reconciliation, follow Workplace Health and Safety procedures.
