Responsible for leadership, development, management and daily operation in Ramp, Baggage and Cleaning departments. Planning:-Efficient resource planning (manpower, equipment)-Ensure compliance with Swissport's standard operating procedures and policiesQuality Management:-Ensure service levels are achieved-Maintain close and effective business relationships with customers and various control authorities-Establish strong leadership within all supervisors and ramp employees through excellent communication skills and positive work environmentControlling & Reporting:-Monitor and control performance KPI's such as baggage delivery, on time departures etc, are within established targets-Ensure administritive and control policies and procedures are maintained-Lead manage and ensure employees comply with company rules and procedures and other authority requirements -Take disciplinary action where neededSupporting:-Ensuring that there are effective planning methods and procedures in place to ensure that there are adequate resources, manpower and equipment, to meet operational needs-Implement, maintain and closely supervise all safety and security measures related to people, equipment, facilities and aircraft involved in the operation-Solves conflicts/irregulatities-Participate in meetings internally and externally as required
