Dean Baker is the Regional Education Solutions Consultant for the Eastern Region (PA, MD, DE, VT & ME) of Kelly Education, the largest provider of specialized educational staffing solutions in the U.S., and a specialty business of parent company Kelly®. Dean has responsibility for the attainment of new business and brand recognition of Kelly Education in a 4 state region that are a part of the Northern Practice Area.As the Sales Consultant for Kelly Education, he serves a critical role in driving new business development including school district partner solutions and educational talent acquisition strategies. Dean is a collaborative and growth-minded thought leader whose strategic recommendations help clients ditch the script on old ways of thinking about workforce planning by continually anticipating what’s next for school districts and proactively advising each to reach their full potential, ultimately achieving the shared goal of staffing levels that drive student achievement. Based in Lancaster, Dean joined Kelly in 2005 and has since been leading human capital and business solutions oriented Sales and Operations throughout the United States. Prior to joining Kelly, Dean managed recruiting for the Marine Corps and served as a Signal Operations Chief for the U.S. Army Reserve. Over the course of his career in the human capital industry, Dean has developed exceptional insights into workforce trends and analytics, allowing him to create and deliver staffing solutions that benefit both the customer and the talent. As a military veteran, he is passionate about helping fellow veterans pursue their careers in the education industry.Dean earned an associate degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Kaplan University and a professional certificate in Labor & Employee Relations from Penn State World Campus.
