In my current position as CRM Executive I can demonstrate digital marketing techniques for the information technology and services industry. The skills and software i have gained over the years are Microsoft Dynamics, ClickDimensions, ConnectWise, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), E-commerce, WordPress, Photoshop, Google Analytics, HTML5 and CSS3.ConnectWise is our current CRM system which I help build from the ground up after moving from Microsoft Dynamics. One of my biggest achievements with building this system is setting up a service desk portal for all our customers. This involved, training current and new employees, building workflows, automatic email creation and loads of testing.I can create bespoke e-campaigns and marketing lists, which are then used to market to targeted audiences on a weekly basis. Furthermore I can integrate marketing campaigns with our sales team and automatically send CRM email leads/notifications for a warm follow up call or email. My Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing provided me with not just further education in this field but a greater understanding of how Digital marketing is changing how we market to our respective audiences.
