Statically assigning tasks and expecting to not have to re-allocate or be hands-on from time to time is not realistic. • Provide second level technical and customer service support for ISAs and Clients. Ensuring clients have technically accurate information to work with while at the same time conveying a sense of advocacy is critical to succeeding in this role. Responses to clients should be professional, complete, accurate, and concise. • Perform analysis during the shift to identify trends and perform quality assurance (QA) functions to ensure routine tasks are being handled correctly and completely by ISAs.
