Dean Cooper has worked for over 30 years in the international clean energy sector, including energy access, renewable energy and energy efficiency. He has had a focus on developing countries, particularly in Africa, where he previously lived for 10 years.His career has involved working for national government and international agencies, and managing his own international business.
