I love working in teams, and meeting new people. I have worked at my families small business for 9 years, being a receptionist, doing general maintenance, and creating spreadsheets to scout for new staff. I have learned what it takes to be a leader through being a private lacrosse coach and team captain. Studying recreation management at the University of Montana, I learned through classes what an effective leader is, how leaders work amongst their team, and what a proper team and its environment should look like, to be most effective.
