CurrentSenior Construction Coordinator/ Resident Project Representative with 40 years experience in construction quality assurance, resident engineering and laboratory testing. Extensive background in the day-to-day operation and construction of solid waste landfills. Responsible for the coordination of CQA personnel, geotechnical and geosynthetics laboratory testing, the review of all field documentation, the preparation of final as-built/ certification reports and constructability reviews of design projects. I also act as liaison between regulators, owners, and engineers.
