Manage different aspects of the Asset Intelligence Department for Marten Transport. I manage contracts for Telematics services for over 5,500 reefer and dry trailers along with working side by side with I.T. and Maintenance Team on improving our technology to provide a better experience for our customers along with improving our efficiencies. Areas of focus include reefer efficiencies, reefer performance monitoring, reefer run times and trailer dwell along with company wide analytics. Process and protocol creation along with implementation is key in my roll as I truly enjoy being involved with making a difference.Managing the Accessorial Department. I lead the Accessorial Team that manages the Truck and Trailer Detention. I work very closely with the I.T. Team to improve our process to streamline the Detention Process to ensure that our customers receive accurate information.
