Managed the daily operations of the wastewater treatment plant, collection and distribution systems  Supervise and train employees.  Set schedules and daily job duties.   Run waste-water process control tests, collect samples for outside lab testing, and complete DMRs.  Work with distribution and collection crews on taps, repair, and extensions.  Coordinate and inspect all water and wastewater construction projects.  Complete and review all reports required by the TCEQ.  Forecast water annual water usage and prepared (4) budgets.  .  Planned and coordinated the installation of new VFD mixer motors, to be used with dissolved oxygen sensors, to reduce the electrical costs at the City’s wastewater treatment plant.  Wrote specs, planned, and coordinated the repair of the City’s 250,000 gallon ground storage.  Plan and coordinate the installation of water and sewer lines by City staff and contractors.  Designed and coordinated the building of two injection stations, at the meter sites, to boost the chloramines coming into town.
