I weathered difficult market downturn by successfully overseeing elimination of manufacturing and leading initiation of outsourced production and drop shipping in collaboration with senior management. I spearheaded transition of organization to live inventory system by introducing various procurement and inventory control processes/systems.Below was my Key Achievement in this role:  Managed wind-down of raw materials, manufacturing, and shipping/receiving processes and departments to reduce footprint from 45,000 ft² to 10,000 ft² and slash overhead costs, while maintaining service standards and sales volume.

I spearheaded ambitious business relocation project by providing modified floorplan with keen focus of facilitating growth potential of new partnership with Billabong. I developed and implemented SOPs for assembly, shipping, and receiving process to ensure smooth running of operations and maximize efficiency. I prepared and presented spot validations and findings reports to corporate headquarters on monthly basis while supervising physical count of thousands of SKUs.
