I am Dean Johnston, with over 20 years of experience in the construction and masonry industry. Beginning my career as an apprentice at JM Inc. in 2003, I steadily progressed to the role of project Foreman by 2006. Over the years, I have successfully overseen numerous intricate projects, honing my skills to become a master in the masonry trade.In 2016, I was entrusted with a new role as a project consultant (Sales) by the owner of JM Inc., focusing on identifying and securing work within the residential market. Excelling in this position, I played a pivotal role in transitioning JM Inc. to cater extensively to residential homeowners by 2018. I take pride in my ability to address concerns, solve problems, and ensure that clients' needs are met to their satisfaction.My journey has encompassed various facets of sales, marketing, and leadership within a rapidly growing business. In 2024, driven by a long-standing aspiration, I established my own masonry company, Stone Forge LLC, where I am dedicated to assisting individuals in realizing their project ambitions in the Greater Duluth Area.
