While working for E-S Sports under ownership by Eric Suher the same owner, I had the pleasure of managing the development of IHEG.COM and many of the technologies the company relied on including internet driven flat screens at the box office, a custom ticketing solution allowing selection of seat and purchase of tickets for many venues, credit card technology and more.

One of the few Internet based start-ups doing On Demand Custom T-Shirts. I joined them after their 1st year to offer real world experience from the Apparel Industry. This was a very exciting company to work for at a time when the industry was looking at digital printing from the outside. Considered on the cutting edge of customization, I worked with developers and developed processes for Digital Print On Demand using Transfer, Print Cut Technology and Online Customization.

Responsible for all garment attribution as it pertained to the creative department focusing mainly on screenprint and embroidery. Provided the art staff of over forty with the technical direction in order to create quality production friendly artwork including separation expertise, training and a strong understanding of the manufacturing process. Streamlining systems to manage the 15,000 annual pieces of art created. Acted as liaison between the art department, manufacturing plants, outside contractors and vendors. Worked with outside contractors assisting in the management of offloads to offset the capacity shortages of internal plants including cost negotiation, quality management, logistics and communication assistance. Assisted in the training and workflow of the Mexico Operations with a focus on screenprinting and art technology spending 25-30% travel time in Mexico.

At at time when Starter was the best at Hot Markets and Sports Licensed Apparel, I Focused on Color Separation for Inline & Hot Market Artwork, building teams of color separation and production artists and R&D. Originally based in New Haven then Moved to Galt Sands Acquired Facility in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Working at one of the original Hot-Markets and Licensed Sportwear Companies, I had the opportunity to work on Color Separations using my Simulated Process techniques that won awards and caught the attention of the Screenprint Industry. I worked on many Locker Room, Superbowl, World Series, Special Events and many inline products that had to look great and work the first time on press.

Liquid Blue had a very unique ability to integrate the hand dyed tie dyes into their prints making them beautiful works of art you could wear. Developed color separation standards and film output processes when very few were working on Macs. We won many awards doing really great Grateful Dead, Environmental and Rock Band shirts that were known as the best. Developed process for color separating discharge and waterbased printing in Photoshop, Film Output Process, Halftone Angles/Size and determined how best to simulate Camera and Darkroom Techniques. Designed and assisted in the development of many of the designs for Grateful Dead Tour shirts and shirts still found online today. This company is still one of the most respected in the apparel industry.
