Upon graduation from the University of New Orleans in June 1991, Worked as application developer at Delgado Community College, initially working with their legacy home grown system.. This system was based in Vax/Alpha mainframe computer with DCL as job control language, and COBOL as the main PL. I designed applications for all parts of their system. In year two, I lead the conversion from the legacy system to the new software Suite provided by the major software Corporation "SCT". I because lead programmer of the development group in June 1995
