My journey in the lifting and rigging industry began in finance, and I’ve since established and scaled multiple companies, including Elevate Lifting & Rigging (formerly Hoisting Equipment Specialists VIC), Schillings Hoisting Equipment and Dynamic Rigging Hire. I am proud to have established and served as the inaugural chairman of the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) in Australia, where I helped set standards for staff qualifications in the lifting industry.
