I developed the overall LOB global market analysis and strategy and established the framework for an aaS business model for the LOB. I managed global budgets for IT and Information Systems expenditures and oversaw all vendor relationships for globally contracted services. I publicly engaged with the tourism industry at events to communicate government initiatives in support of tourism and privately engaged with senior government officials to justify budgeting and needs analysis.I was also responsible for creating the Cayman Islands national web marketing program and oversaw web program budgeting, site architecture, technical contractors, and the internal relationship with Marketing and PR for content development and market strategy.
