CurrentManage the online pickup and delivery business at a Walmart Supercenter. Responsible for meeting all performance metrics, including wait times, productivity, process execution, and most importantly customer satisfaction. Conduct root cause analysis to identify workflow bottlenecks and to resolve unexpected results. Provide ongoing training and communication to OPD associates on core job duties, program rollouts, current events, and individual development plans.Assist with management of total store operation. Work cross-functionally with other areas to provide coverage and identify opportunities. Ensure associates have the knowledge and materials to do their tasks safely and effectively, as well as following Walmart policies and procedures. Foster an environment of world class customer service. Utilize social media platforms to highlight new merchandise, associate recognition, and programs to customers.
