I managed a team of engineers to provide support for PMC's base station product lines. My primary goal was to enable customers to purchase PMC's products in volume. At Datum I helped to write a detailed simulation of a GSM/GPRS network using a combination of BONeS (Block Oriented Network Simulation) and C/C++. The simulation included mobile session creation, Data Link Layer, MAC Layer, PHY Layer and even modelling of channel interference caused by other mobiles and neighboring cells.
