In 1990, I founded Dean R. Wagner Co., L.P.A to help injured and disabled workers throughout Ohio obtain the compensation and benefits they need to support themselves and their families. Since its inception, my firm has represented over 7000 individuals. I graduated from Grove City College in Pennsylvania in 1984, and received my Juris Doctor degree from The University of Akron School of Law in 1987.Later that year, I was admitted to practice law by the Ohio State Bar Association and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. My professional career began immediately afterward as an associate at a private practice law firm where I served for three years before establishing my firm.I’ve been actively involved within the legal community throughout my career. I’m a past chairman of the Akron Bar Association Workers’ Compensation committee, and have been honored as the Summit County Volunteer Legal Services Project Pro Bono attorney of the year.
