• Perform in-depth reviews of financial and store inventory data from 340B Administrators and internal stakeholders. • Maintain databases (SQL) and project planning to fulfill various reporting needs simultaneously, while meeting designated deadlines and standards. • Working closely with the 340B team to develop growth strategies related to 340B programs. • Perform analysis on new opportunities in the 340B program to develop revenue/profit projections. • Review business rules in existing applications• Documentation of applications and change tracking• Continually track and analyze key pharmacy business metrics (e.g. reimbursement rates, sales, market share, margin, industry dynamics, product trends, competitive intelligence, legislative environment, etc.) to evaluate and refine 340B contract management strategies. • Collaborate with the implementation team to appropriately forecast program launches. • Perform monthly maintenance of multiple databases, gathering and merging data from internal and external sources needed in order to identify and analyze 340B eligible claims. • Set operational objectives and prepare action steps toward achievement of those objectives. • Build and develop additional dynamic reporting in support of the Program Director to create timely and actionable insights into our existing contracted 340B business. • Develop and maintain annual profit margin• Development of analytical applications that support pharmacy benefits consulting business needs
