-Build effective relationships both internally and externally to contribute to the ongoing development and sustainability of the Programs.- Through consultation and stakeholder meetings identify other funding sources to help address arising program opportunities.- Management of team members, including setting of key performance indicators to facilitate in the success of Program outcomes.- Work with General Manager to identify funding programs that enhance and improve the delivery of services to indigenous communities.- In consultation with General Manager, develop and implement appropriate tools to allow the effective evaluation of programs.- Provide monthly reports to the General Manager on the operations of Programs.

Mentor, support and develop ICSROs in delivering a comprehensive community sport and recreation program• Support ICSROs to develop and deliver community events and cluster activities• Oversee and lead the rollout of ICSRP special projects.Improve relationship networks between program participants, ICSROs, volunteers and other community organisations through community projects and partnerships• Identify suitable volunteer staff to become involved in the delivery of activities/programs• In consultation with relevant stakeholders, coordinate training workshops for employees and community volunteers as required.

- Mentor, support and develop Indigenous Community Sport and Recreation Officers throughout Queensland in delivering a comprehensive community sport and recreation program.- Support Indigenous Community Sport and Recreation Officers throughout Queensland to develop and deliver community events and cluster activities.- Build effective relationships both internally and externally to contribute to the ongoing development and sustainability of the program.- Identify possible funding sources to help develop events and program enhancement opportunities in consultation with the Indigenous Program Manager.- Prepare event budgets and other plans in consultation with senior management.- Oversee and lead the roll out of Indigenous Community Sport and Recreation Program special projects as directed by senior management.

- Develop and deliver a broad range of short and long term programs that address the sporting needs of the local community.- Work with local indigenous communities to increase participation in the deliver of sport and recreational activities through skills development and transfer.- Organize relevant training for volunteer coaches and implement training activities designed for targeted community members.- Build effective relationships both internally and externally to contribute to the ongoing development and sustainability of the Indigenous Community Sport and Recreation Programs.- Support surrounding site locations (Upper Ross, Palm Island, Bowen) with program development and specific community training opportunities. - Maintain records of program activity and budge spend and provide reports as required.
