- As part of Preserve’s senior management team, I led efforts to keep our commitments to stakeholders through initiatives in sustainability, partnerships, marketing, customer service, human resources, legal, and compliance.

- Managed strategic partnerships with Brita, Burt’s Bees and Stonyfield. Oversaw select product developments from design stage to market launch to increase product offerings and grow sales. Led 4-person customer service and office management team. Managed key web development project to enhance sustainability content, drive consumer engagement and improve online sales.

- Selected projects: Development and management of experiential learning program for top-tier MBA program; strategic planning and implementation of ERP system for $10M specialty foods manufacturing company; market research and risk analysis for premium textiles importing and design company.

- Performed gap analyses and recommended strategic product development to distribute company revenues throughout year; managed company-wide project to create new broker sales tools; contributed to corporate environmental policy.

- Promoted after demonstrating success in helping new agricultural producer groups attain Fair Trade certification; led over 20 groups through certification process to match them with coffee and tea supply needs of major brands (incl.
