I was back at Indivior as a contractor, but instead of focusing on quality systems, I supported CMC manufacturing and laboratories. I also assisted with document control, including managing the document control room during regulatory inspections and moved a paper-based document management process into the electronic document management system. Other projects included the development of a method for managing inspections remotely and the conversion of the QA retain inventory management from a paper logbook to an electronic system.

Over the years at Indivior (previously Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals), I collected subject matter expert responsibilities for quality systems: document management systems (Lotus Notes Technical Document System and Documentum), learning management systems (ComplianceWire and SAP Success Factors), and TrackWise (for change controls and deviations). This position was quite customer service oriented with responsibilities including: user training, assistance, troubleshooting; writing and revising procedures; maintaining a paper document control process and training documentation; and managing periodic reviews, the SOP master list, and training curricula. I found managing the DMS and LMS simultaneously (rather than having one person on DMS and another person on LMS) allowed for better control and was more efficient. I helped lead a document management system migration, created and tested a learning management system pilot program that was rolled out globally, and participated in a learning management system migration. In addition, I supported document control in regulatory inspections and managed the clinical labeling process.
