I started with The Marketing Kitchen as a Graphic Designer, I was responsible for creating design solutions, working with the Marketing department and attending creative meetings and briefings. My role included working on client briefs, meeting with clients, listening and understanding their needs, working on briefs from sketches and drafts to the final design package whilst working with the team to produce print collateral and web documents for MK and MK's clients.The designs were required for a wide variety of products and other projects such as website designing (designing templates for websites and e-commerce sites, customer journey apps, email marketing campaigns, printed materials, company vans (vehicle graphics), company uniforms, folders, company signage (illustrations and icons), online surveys And questionnaires, banner ads, packaging, business cards, brochures, promotional work for events, corporate communication document's and corporate identity, i.e. giving the organisations a visual brand.• Working with a marketing team including the Managing Director, Executive Assistants, Marketing Executives, Web Developer and PR Executive.• Using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign (Adobe Creative Cloud 2015.5) Microsoft Office and Google Work apps.• Responsible for the management, day-to-day operation and delivery of design and creative work across the entire marketing mix.• Being creative and developing ideas, concepts and layouts daily.• Using appropriate programmes for particular design work, and choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the brand/client's objective.• Estimating the hours required to complete design work for client quotes; Team briefings every morning discussing daily and weekly targets.• Working with clients including company owners and company staff, communicating with suppliers and internal staff members through emails, office conversations and meetings over the phone.
