My passion is helping fellow entrepreneurs……I’ve been an entrepreneur since a young age….as a 5th grader, I carried business cards to school to advertise my lawn mowing company.Later, I served as an Officer in the US Army where I learned about LEADERSHIP, DISCIPLINE AND ACCOUNTABILITY. My BUSINESS background though, is in civil engineering and construction, and those opportunities are what gave me the CONFIDENCE AND INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE, that I needed to grow my company from just 5 employees to 88 employees.During the growth, we had to grind thru a lot of mistakes and challenges, or as I call them now “learning opportunities”….but those hard lessons have served me well…….but it’s safe to say that we succeeded in spite of ourselves.In 2017, I sold and later exited the company, and since then, I’ve worked with lots of business owners helping them sell their businesses and navigate the M&A process.A few years ago, I had my real “EOS A-Ha moment”…….a friend encouraged me to read both “TRACTION” and “GET A GRIP” which illustrate the EOS System….I read them and it changed my life….it’s WHY I do what I do today. If I'd known about EOS back then…..it would’ve been a game-changer for our whole team. The company would’ve run so much better!but what I do now as an EOS Implementer is incredibly rewarding, because it allows me to pursue my passion that I mentioned earlier…….of working closely with fellow entrepreneurs, and their leadership teams to strengthen their businesses, enhance the value of the businesses and quite frankly, see them all live much better lives!
