Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering for the ADP Dealer Services Digital Marketing Division, I am responsible for managing the Social, Reputation Management, SEO and Personalized Consumer Experience development teams comprised of an extremely talented team of 10 engineers co-located in Seattle, Portland, Michigan and Florida, in addition to, coordinating efforts with a team of 15 offshore engineers I work closely with Senior Product Owners and Directors to define roadmaps, business objectives and requirements and in turn work with the engineering group to determine the best technical direction and execution strategies. I enjoy the challenge to marry the technology with the business objectives and help lead the team to the finish line. I strive to accelerate the delivery pipeline working with the key stake holders to make sure our business owners and more importantly our customers receive high quality solutions in a reliable and highly iterative fashion.

Managed the development for a highly successful digital automotive marketing company building advanced HTML based websites. Helped grow the business by introducing integrated inventory from DMI including automated dynamic video advertisements and an advanced web based AdBuilder application. The company was acquired by ADP helped by the success of the solutions.

Worked with the CTO of Paxonix to provide guidance on product selection and implementation for Paxonix and other ventures of MeadWestvaco. Responsible for guiding the technical direction of the Paxonix flagship SAAS solution, PaxPro.Hands on development towards the feature enhancement and maintenance of the PaxPro solution written in java, javascript, xml/xsl;Simplified the existing over-complicated architecture by reducing the footprint of the solution in half, significantly reducing the operating costs for servers and software.Designed and implemented a standard query framework (mql) for the PaxPro solution. This framework was necessary for reducing the repetition of code throughout the application and ensuring adequate query performance and transaction consistency.

Member of the ten-person enterprise architecture team setting technical direction for the platform. Goals involved designing and writing the initial abstract structures for developers to use, creating a common framework based on xml/xslt and standardizing database schemas. Projects involved merging architecture with Niku acquired companies architectures by refactoring code, consolidating database schemas and designing interfaces into each product’s functionality.Architected and assumed the responsibility as team lead on the task of converting the existing front-end architecture to use XML, XSL technologies from the older JSP Model 1 technologies.Architected and assumed the responsibility as team lead for a new Enterprise MarketPlace product at Niku called mNiku. This product was conceived, designed, developed, tested and delivered on time within a three-month window.Designed and implemented a Transaction Management solution for our applications. This solution replaced a much simpler and less reliable home grown solution with the Java Transaction API manager.
