As Cheese supervisor I am responsible for weekly ordering and maintaining proper levels for the cheese section of the deli and the olive bar to maximize potential sales. Along with ordering and stocking I oversee day to day operation within the deli making sure that the proper task are being completed by the staff and that everything is set up within the proper time frames for best guest service. I have received positive feedback from our Store Director for my week to week sales and my Sales to Purchase ratio.

The receiving role is a detailed oriented position that is responsible for unloading trucks and ensuring product is the proper temperature and goes to the proper departments. Receiving handles the processing of invoices for all departments ensuring accuracy of bills before they are sent to accounting. Running the beer and wine department involves meeting with vendors to maintain proper in stock positions of the wine aisles and beer coolers and promotional displays.

As a Front-End supervisor, we are responsible for all daily cashiering duties as well as the supervisory/management task. These tasks include, but are not limited to safe counts, balancing drawers to the proper amounts of money and maintaining that throughout the shift, closing and opening the front which includes handling final deposits and cash pickups and drop offs. This role is also responsible for daily lane assignments, performing change orders and monitoring the other cashiers and their drawers as well as my own. Handling all aspects of customer service-related issues such as returns, exchanges and refunds is also an integral part of this position.

The Grocery Coordinator role is responsible for ordering product for dry grocery and beer & wine in order to maintain proper in stock position and limit shrink. This role also involves schedule writing and maintaining department workbooks and price reductions through excel. The Grocery Coordinator also responsible for leading the team by assigning daily task ensuring everyone is staying on task throughout shifts.
