Service Order Coordinator
Current- Review customer requests, specifications, and service agreements to initiate the appropriate workflow for timely execution.- Coordinate with internal IT teams, such as helpdesk support, network operations, and system administrators, to ensure timely resolution of issues.- Provide guidance and support to users on how to submit service requests and troubleshoot common IT issues independently.- Maintain proactive communication with customers, providing updates on the status of service orders, estimated completion times, and any potential delays. - Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions for common IT issues to facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.- Participate in regular service review meetings to discuss performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.- Log and prioritize 80 t0 100 service requests based on severity and impact on business operations.
