CurrentAt Old Republic Home Protection, my role as General Counsel centers around fortifying our company's commitment to regulatory compliance and risk management. I manage all ongoing disputes and oversee the work of outside counsel. This includes general liability claims as well as commercial disputes, internal investigations, and employment matters. I oversee regulatory compliance with state departments of insurance and regulatory bodies impacting both service contracts and insurance. I serve as a board member for industry specific associations.
