A devoted and enthusiastic event manager with a passion for the gaming and pop culture community. Proficient in event administration and operations alongside a devoted team, both paid and volunteer, sales and promotion across diverse demographics and cultivating community development. I started out as a young volunteer at the FreeZa youth development program, working alongside passionate creative teenagers wanting to cultivate the arts in rural areas, from festivals, art exhibitions and talent shows. Soon I started to become interested in branching out my work to Melbourne, volunteering at major pop culture events such as Supanova and the Penny Arcade Expo, which got me through the door to working closely with the CouchWarriors community and the team at Magnificent Nerds. Since then I have been behind the development of two esports events, Battle Arena Melbourne 10 and 11 as an event manager and project planner, as well as working nationwide alongside major game development and marketing teams as a brand ambassador.
