As a Transport Planner at West Sussex County Council (WSCC) since October 2020, I have been preparing and submitting transportation documents, working with stakeholders, and managing the planning and improvement of both new and existing transport systems. With a Master of Science degree in Coastal and Marine Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography, I have a strong academic background and a keen interest in the environment, project management, transport, and people skills. In my current role, I have used my research, analysis, and adaptation skills to effectively manage the growth of a wide range of structures, and evaluate the need for new schemes and policies. I have also been responsible for assessing and limiting the impact the changes might have on the public and the environment. Some of my key experiences include working with local, regional, and national stakeholders, producing cost-benefit outputs, and being accountable for the delivery and quality of the transport planning projects. I am enthusiastic, dedicated, organised, and passionate about my work and I aim to contribute to the sustainable development and enhancement of the transport network in West Sussex.
