My role as the General Manager of the Dickey's BBQ in Eagan is to manage employees to provide a great customer experience, control costs such as labor and cost of goods. Another aspect of my role is to market to potential clients and maintain good relationships with existing customers for corporate catering needs locally. I also interview and hire new employees and am very hands-on with training. My goal is to ensure that customers will have a great experience with great food and refer others, and keep coming back!

At Applebee's I had many responsibilities, such as employee development and retention, handling the front and back of the house, expediting food orders, cost control with labor and cost of goods, and assuring customers were having a great experience.
