• Responsible for the transformation of the resourcing function across civil engineering and built environments, responsible for both strategic and operational elements of resourcing for a previously failing area within recruitment. • Responsible for delivering 15 senior leadership level roles within the organization across 7 business units, managing the executive search for all appointments directly, without the use of external suppliers. • Ownership of Resourcing for Civil Engineering, Cementation, Utilities and Infrastructure Services business units as well as Finance, IT, Health Safety & Environment, Executive hires. Managing 450 live requirements whilst driving an 85% direct hire rate, up from 45% the previous two years.• Recruited, managed and developed a team of 7 resourcing professionals to deliver project critical requirements and meeting funding requirements as resourcing team have no headcount budget, providing mentorship, coaching and development to those in the team.• Have challenged senior management ways of thinking, increasing the speed of process within the organisation, challenged miss-conception which impacted the attraction towards Skanska within the current UK market, thus reducing the number of declined offers over the last 12 months.• Delivered full UK PSL review across all functions within Skanska, reducing agency numbers from 284 to 62. Evaluated and re wrote commercial terms resulting in projected savings of £180k over the coming 12 months.• Delivered a commercial (quantity surveyor) specific recruitment event hosted at RICS (Royal institute of Chartered surveyors) London which led to 12 direct commercial hires across the business from 32 delegates.
