Mr. Holliday is a proven leader with over 25 years experience in the management and delivery of complex programs that deliver real business outcomes for customers. His early career work at Exxon in IT set the foundation for his leadership competencies, focus on results and the importance of developing people. Mr. Holliday spent over 5 years with a Supply Chain Consulting and Acquisition firm where he focused on driving operational and cost improvement programs for both consulting customers and acquisitions. During this time, he developed his strong financial skills as well as a solid background in the area of supply chain, operations management and continuous improvement. He worked for 14 years at Dell in Services with a consistent focus on the achievement of financial goals, attainment of contractual commitments and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2014, he joined Unisys Corporation as a member of their Global Delivery organization and in late 2016 became the Client Executive for the State of Texas focused on helping State and Local Governments achieve their mission. Mr. Holliday has proven skills in relationship building at all levels of leadership and has particularly strong skills in resolving complex situations through effective leadership and teamwork.
