As a Business Consultant at CQ, my roles include business development, account management, marketing, project management and consultation on print solutions for businesses.- idea and concept development, graphic design, copywriting, database application, digital and offset print, finishing and distribution- wide format printing and signage- display solutions- web to print- print on demand- cross media marketing campaigns utilising personalised print, PURLS and mobile responses- electronic archiving of plans, documents, negatives and slides- keynote speaking and running workshops.

Initially joined as Hire Manager for "Audio Visual Plus", the audio visual events and hire division. I was responsible for the branding, marketing, sales and management of this division.Became Sales Manager and sold and designed control systems for sound, video, motor, lighting, heating and environments.Then became General Manager, implementing policies and procedures for work flow, accounting, purchasing, and project management. Achievements: I generated new business in tourism with interactive audiovisual systems for Canterbury Museum's Fred and Myrtle's Paua Shell House, the Tamaki Heritage Village and Ferrymead Heritage Village.Coordinated and managed the shoot of the Latimer Hotel's promotional video

After working as a Senior Systems Engineer and Account Manager in the IT industry, I entered the printing industry as an Account Manager for Expo Digital Media (later to become Printstop Plus). It was a great introduction to the print industry and I saw the huge potential in using databases to create highly personalised print for direct marketing and to create powerful cross-marketing campaigns. Exciting stuff indeed!
