- Developed comprehensive MS Project plans to track large video infrastructure engineering implementations across KP’s enterprise; over 130 projects. - Maintaining VED installation calendar that shows where, when, and what vendors are scheduled/tentatively scheduled for AV/VC installation. - Successfully completed two enterprise wide MS Windows operating system and hardware migrations.- Managed coordination of Protiviti’s refresh and build point roll out projects.
