• Primary responsibility is to perform all month end and fiscal year end close functions for ASC Orrville, including but not limited to payroll, depreciation and other monthly journal entries, bank reconciliations, hard close of Sage accounting system, balance sheet and other general ledger reconciliations. • Also have taken on month end close tasks for ASC New Jersey (AS400 ERP) and assist with PetZoo close as well (ASC wholly owned subsidiary of four retail stores in Alaska that uses ACCPAC as their ERP)• Other tasks, including research projects, as assigned by Corporate Controller and/or CFO

Full-Cycle Accounts Payable. In addition I have assumed Inter-Company reconciliations, and have been assisting the Production team with building the Master Discrepancy Lists for aircraft coming in.
