Coordinate and overesee the bachelor's and master's degrees offered through MSU-Springfield on the West Plains campus. Supervise three distance learning facilitators and the ITV/Zoom operation at the local site. Advise students for the BS General Business degree offered locally. Market programs offered in West Plains through local media, career and college fairs. Recruit students and provide general information about our programs off-campus. Offer support services relative to registration, admission, financial aid, and advisor information for students in our Outreach programs. Maintain various enrollment reports and coordinate graduation activities for Outreach students in West Plains.

Instructor for Macroeconomics, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship for the MSU-West Plains campus online, and Human Resource Management for MSU-Springfield campus.

Instructed various business classes including Micro and Macro Economics, Introduction to Business, Management and Leadership, Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Business Statistics and Quantitative Analysis.

Responsible for recruiting, labor relations, employee benefits, FMLA, affirmative action, progressive disciplinary system, layoffs, terminations, HRIS, new employee orientations, sick leave administration and compliance.
