Demonstrate outstanding customer service and achieve both customer satisfaction & retention. Demonstrate knowledge about Woodforest bank products & services while talking to both customers & potential customers.Participate in all aspects of branch performance & growth, including profit & loss management. Manage & participate in the daily operations of the branch. Participate in and make recommendations regarding the hiring & development of staff, as well as advancement, promotion & termination of employees. Participate in the coaching of employees in all aspects of sales, service & operations. Develop & cultivate strategic relationships with business partners. Proficient in all policies, procedures and bank regulations pertaining to branch operations. Analyze customer’s needs and assist in the selection of appropriate products & services. Make lending decisions for customers whose accounts are overdrawn.

As the Gym Director of The Little Gym of Greenville, it is my responsibility to supervise the staff, programming, budgeting, marketing and membership retention of the customers. I am a member of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.

During my 6+ years at the YMCA I held various positions including Fitness Director, Aquatics Director, After School Director, and Business Mananager.
