• Provides SC planning support to MISTF-A an element supporting USFOR-A with full spectrum information operations support.
• Writes detailed plans, orders and annex in support of USFOR-A Influence and Inform Activities.

• Researched and provided daily foreign media inputs to the Joint Staff Public Affairs office (JSPA) daily Kirby Klips media product. The JSPA Kirby Klips were distributed to senior military and civilian leaders around.
• Responsible for monitoring and discovery of foreign news of strategic interest to the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS).
• Frequently required to work flexible hours to provide focused media coverage in support of CJCS travel.

• Develop theater-related plans, deployment orders and briefings for the Operations Directorate of the Joint Staff.
• Routinely advise senior officers and other government officials on matters concerning strategic communications, Military Information Support Operations (MISO) and military support to public diplomacy (MSPD).

• Senior enlisted advisor to a PSYOP battalion responsible for counter-narcotic and MSPD operations in the Caribbean and Latin and South America.
• Provide oversight to multimedia products including reviewing television and radio spots, newspaper articles and advertisements, posters and novelty items.
• Brief senior State Department officials in the Bahamas, Haiti, and Colombia on PSYOP missions conducted in their respective countries.
• Responsible for the leadership of 121 enlisted soldiers. Frequently required to provide guidance and oversight of training, professional development and discipline of both officers and enlisted personnel.
• Chief Counsel to the Battalion commander and executive officer on both operational and personnel issues.
