I spent the first decade of my career in advertising agencies learning how brands are built.The second decade was spent in-house, going deep inside the business of entertainment, media, and technology. I was learning how people and platforms work together in Radio, TV, Film, Music, Podcasting, Live Events, and Publishing. I was leading teams, brand strategy, product development, and marketing. I uprooted my family to move from Pennsylvania to Tennessee, served as an executive, and put the core principles of creativity to the test.But like so many others, at the “height of my career”, it all started to fall apart and I found myself at the lowest point of my life. So I decided it was time for a change. Now, I'm taking the path less traveled, attempting to transform from employee to entrepreneur. I've begun the long road of building something from scratch; something meaningful, something significant, something of enduring value - for my family, and a multitude of others. It's a company with a combination of product + service; strategy + execution. We're forming a series of strategic partnerships (the service) while developing a portfolio of our own intellectual property (the products). We're focused on helping purpose-driven, media-based, multi-brand organizations advance their mission. And we're chipping away at getting our own revenue-generating assets off the ground. It's a creative company that cares deeply about people, the process, producing results, and bringing big ideas to life. It’s an ecosystem of value: the very nature of what defines a house of brands. So, here we go…taking a giant step of faith into the great unknown…turning over a new leaf.
