In addition to training Sales Consultants my role also expanded to the desk by influencing the development of Sales Managers. Our goal was to increase overall sales, staff retention, motivation, individual sales performance and management skills by conducting In Dealership Training workshops multiple times a year. With the program being and IDT with multiple visits a year it allowed us to become trusted by the staff. My region in Canada was Ottawa / GTA / South Western Ontario. Over the years I averaged 2 workshops a day 4 days a week for 4 years. Show less

Any Where The Work Took Me

Working with event companies I completed a variety of contract positions which include: Product Specialist / Brand Ambassador / Right Seat Driver / Pro Driver / Facilitator / Tour Lead / Lead Driver.I was happy to close this chapter of my career and carry that knowledge into my next role. But I am proud of the work I did and the reputation I carried with me.

With the program being and IDT with multiple visits a year it allowed us to become trusted by the staff. My region while in the United States started in Houston, covering all of Texas with the exception of Dallas. When I transferred to Chicago my region was most of Wisconsin / all of Illinois and Indianapolis Over the years I averaged 2 workshops a day 4 days a week for 7 years. Show less
