Responsible for the development of the systematic approaches for Human Resources processes as they affect the HR Oracle system and related applications used in the support of Human Resource services for Imation. Manage the analysis, development and partner with Information Technology department for installation of new system projects and coordinates with various departments to interface applicable systems.Responsible for the development, implementation, administration and maintenance of Imation’s compensation philosophy and programs, which includes base pay, stock option, restricted awards, annual incentive programs and executive compensation. Participates in compensation surveys and ensures competitive pay practices are maintained. Evaluates programs, keeps abreast of legislation, trends, advances and/or new technology and makes recommendations for changes and improvements. Work with external vendors to develop, administer and design new or modify existing programs or systems.

Responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of the HRIS systems and related applications used to support Human Resources. Coordinate systems planning, development and implementation for HRIS. Work with user to define system requirements and enhancements to existing systems and development of new systems to improve departmental efficiency. Coordinates operations with Corporate IS and supervises the continuous processing, handling and storage of human resources data. Responsible for ongoing support of HR users including developing training packages for users.
