I am a learning and development specialist with a passion for coaching and leadership.I am experienced in all areas of learning and development, from needs analysis and design through to design, delivery and evaluation. I also have experience of running end to end L&D functions. I am a behavioural design specialist with innovation and creativity as key strengths.I believe that creating the right learning experience enables and enhances learners way beyond the classroom or coaching session.I am an experienced coach and have a keen interest in performance coaching. I am currently studying at Staffordshire university.I love emotional intelligence and have seen lots of leaders making huge step changes in personal and work life effectiveness by becoming much more self aware in this space.I have coached senior leaders utilising JCA emotional intelligence tools.I have supported talent development programmes and am very proud to have partnered with charities like Shelter which really brought our high potential learning programmes to life. I am also very interested in behavioural change and I am an accredited practitioner in AIM - Accelerated Implementation Management. This looks at all the people implications of change and implementations and focuses on fully understanding and mapping the people elements of change., helping to ensure that change is delivered on time and on budget.
