Business Analyst Iii
Current• Lead Business Analyst for Web-based Customer Program Management tools, Custom Client Data Integrations, Internal Operational tools, Mobile Applications and Workplace Screening and Health Management systems.• Facilitate quarterly prioritization of projects by business stakeholders.• Concurrently manage multiple projects of varying sizes in varying stages of the project lifecycle.• Elicit, analyze and document business, functional and system requirements by working with project stakeholders using a waterfall software development lifecycle.• Create project scope documents, detailed functional specification documents, process flows and wireframe prototypes. • Participate in Gate Reviews with developers and QA project team members to ensure project designs meet the business requirements.• Facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are met and change control items are documented.• Provide on-going application and business support.
