As a Talent and Career Awareness Partner, I promote awareness of the career opportunities available at the electric cooperatives throughout the state of Indiana by developing relationships with universities, vocational schools and high schools. Creating and building upon our employment brand awareness in partnership with the state's cooperatives, among students and other key career professionals, by promoting the cooperative story and developing internships and other student experiences that expose them to our industry.
