I am responsible driving growth in Beaird Group's HR Practice by working with both existing and potential clients to identify opportunities to create successful outcomes for business critical HR initiatives. Worked with Executive leadership to build an HR platform for a strategic spin-off with 200+ employees. Built a best-in-class offering of compensation and benefits, restructured the organization and increased employee engagement.

Responsible for leading and growing the business at a several long term Beaird clients. In addition to business development responsibilities, led/managed a range of client projects primarily in Human Resources.Key projects included:• Project Leader in multiple projects conducting a comprehensive job analysis and consistent documentation of 150+ positions for a variety of organizations. Created a customized tool to capture necessary information for both job descriptions and job evaluation. • Key Manager on two (2) projects which analyzed six administrative positions and made recommendations for realigned titles/responsibilities. • Provided full cycle recruiting support during a peak period which stemmed from the implementation of a centralized staffing program. Provided consultative support to hiring managers on interviewing and candidate selection, and extending offers/conducting reference checks when necessary. • Conducted employee focus groups across multiple business units to assess employee engagement and identify opportunities for enhancing programs and policies. Presented findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Supported the implementation of programs as requested.• Project Manager for the development and on-going administration of a service delivery program for a financial institution. This program, which was administered to identify areas for improvement in sales and service.• Provided Executive Support in the implementation of major organizational restructure. Worked closely with senior management to define new structure and roles, prepare internal presentation, documentation and training materials.
